What did you do this weekend?

Saturday:  worked in our yard, got the house ready for company and then email for awhile.  My family and I went to a new burrito place where the new RWC theaters are getting ready to open - it was good and sitting outside was nice.

Sunday: My wife had a baby shower for friends of ours who recently adopted a baby.  About 30 people were over and had a great time.

What's the strongest association you have between a scent and a memory?

The ocean.  When I was a kid, my family and all our friends and their familiies rented out an entire apartment complex right on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach in San Diego, we literally lived on the beach for one full month. It was great to ride the waves, ride bikes along the entire boardwalk from Mission Beach up to Tourmaline St.  We also shot water ballons from a hand made launcher at the tourists from about a block away - it was fun!

Anytime I smelll the ocean it reminds me of those times.

Growing up it was Pacman, now I don't really play, but my son wants to teach me FIFA worldcup soccer - it looks fun.

I bought an old coin when I was a young collector. I think it's around 1100 - 1200 ad. I bought it because it was old.

After seeing Butler's introduction to his team at our all hands awhile ago - the Brady Bunch.

You'll be surprised to know that I've never seen Project Runway or Survivor. I've seen American Idol, but don't watch it regularly.
